Strategic plan GridLine

GridLine provides solutions for the Dutch language. Zimmerman & Zimmerman was asked to develop a strategic  plan in addition to their current business plan. The objective was to analyse basic organising processes and reports  these back to management. Zimmerman & Zimmerman used standard methods to analyse the organization.

 

The strategic dialogue that took place with management has led to mapping the organization’s most important organisational processes. This stock-taking has, among other things, resulted in matching the organization’s targets with the actual realisation of the proceedings needed to reach these targets.

Together with management we discussed and decided on the following basic principles of recommendation.

1. Focus on marketing and sales.
2. Re-classify the annual turnover targets until 2015
3. Identify licenses versus project turnover and matching these with the renewed framework of targets.

Management has put these formulated steps into action in preparation for the expansion of the organization’s services and its staff.
